Trader Vision Pro (the "Service," "we," "us," or "our") is an educational and training platform intended solely for the study of patterns, statistical concepts, probability theory, and disciplined bankroll management as they relate to baccarat.

Nothing in the Service constitutes gambling advice, a gambling system, or a promise of financial gain. We do not operate a casino, broker wagers, or accept bets of any kind.

We make no representations, warranties, guarantees, or promises — express or implied — regarding winnings, profits, returns, or any gambling outcome. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADER VISION PRO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF MONEY, PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trader Vision Pro, its affiliates, and its personnel from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
